Anti-Inflammatory Green Smoothie Recipe, Featuring our Vibrant, Organic MicroGreens


  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 – 2 handfuls of your favourite MicroGreens (such as Broccoli MicroGreens, Pea MicroGreens, Sunflower MicroGreens, Kale MicroGreens, or Radish MicroGreens)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Ice cubes (optional)


  • Wash all the fresh produce thoroughly. Remove stems from the spinach. Peel and pit the avocado. Peel and slice the cucumber. If using fresh pineapple, peel and cut it into chunks.
  • In a blender, combine spinach, cucumber, avocado, pineapple chunks, and blueberries.
  • Add chia seeds and hemp seeds to the blender.
  • Toss in a handful of your chosen MicroGreens. These tiny nutrient bombs will add a burst of flavour and maximum nutrition to your smoothie.
  • Pour in Liquid: Pour in coconut water to help with the blending process and achieve your preferred consistency.
  • Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture. If you prefer a colder smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness as needed. You can add a bit of local honey or more liquid if desired.
  • Pour the green smoothie into a glass, garnish with additional microgreens if you like, and enjoy your delicious, healthy and anti-inflammatory beverage!
